What you send us

When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your full name, email, company or organization, role or title, message, selected model starting point and area of interest, indicative budget, timeline, deployment environment, workload, desired outcome, and any optional phone number, domain or website, model / hardware details, expected volume, concurrency, and integration or service requirements. We use it to understand and respond to your inquiry.

How inquiries are handled

Contact submissions are temporarily stored in a private delivery queue on our server. Their contents are sent to the fix8 team through Pushover, a third-party notification service. Longer inquiries may be split across several notifications. The queued server copy is removed after successful delivery; delivered notifications and subsequent correspondence may remain with the team as needed to handle the inquiry.

Technical information

The server uses a temporary, in-memory IP-based limit to reduce abusive form submissions. Hosting and reverse-proxy infrastructure may process connection details such as IP addresses, request paths, and error information to operate and protect the site. We do not intentionally include contact-form contents in application logs.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies or load third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The logo interaction runs in your browser without saving a profile.

Your choices

The optional fields are optional. Please do not submit passwords, access tokens, confidential datasets, or sensitive personal information. You can ask about access to or deletion of your inquiry using the contact form; include enough information for us to identify it.
